Any mobile app development, design, or consulting engagement is governed by a separate written agreement between SIA Yelo and the client, including scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer.

All content on yeloapps.com — including text, design, logos, and code samples — is owned by SIA Yelo or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Ownership of deliverables produced under a paid engagement transfers to the client per the terms of the signed services agreement.

The website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Latvian and EU law, SIA Yelo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Riga, Latvia.
